Quotation

Do you need a quotation with transport costs? That's easy. Send us a brief e-mail with the 5 following pieces of information:

Inquiry

Send your inquiry to office@miramondo.com or to the contact person in your country. We will send you a quotation with transport costs as quickly as possible and inform you about delivery schedule and payment conditions.

Ordering

To confirm the order, we ask you to sign our quotation and our general terms and conditions and return these to us via mail or fax. We will then send you an order confirmation so that you can be sure that your order was received.

Shipping


Products

We send most furniture pre-assembled. The only exceptions are Buddy, King Arthur, Merlin and Jolly. Sending both of these product lines assembled would be very expensive, which is why we send them in pieces. However, assembly is very easy. Anyone who has assembled a piece of Ikea furniture can do it.

Packaging

All furniture is packed on Euro or one-way pallets. We always pack as space-saving and compact as possible. This reduces delivery costs and protects the environment by using space in the truck efficiently.

Transport

As soon as the goods are ready for shipping, we will inform you of your upcoming delivery and clarify the delivery date with you once again.
In most cases, our delivery companies provide curbside delivery. This means that the delivery company can set down the pallet in your parking lot. In rare cases, if the truck doesn't have a lift, for example, a forklift may be required for unloading. We will inform you about this in advance.
The delivery company will contact you 1 day before delivery to announce the delivery window.
In some EU countries, Euro pallets are exchanged. You have to provide the exchange pallets. Or even simpler: On delivery, you remove the goods from the pallet and give the pallet back to the driver. This way, the pallets remain in circulation and can be reused for years.

Insurance

Of course we insure the goods during transport. Important is that you check your delivery to make sure it is in good condition while the driver is still present. If you determine that there is damage, note this directly on the delivery slip. Only this way can you make transport insurance claims.

Warranty


We assure you that the goods you have ordered will be of the highest possible quality. Our team checks all parts carefully before shipping. Of course, we provide the legal warranty for 2 years. Should you nevertheless – even after many years – find production defects, send us an e-mail with a few photos of the damage. In case the defect actually occurred on our side, we will of course provide you with replacement parts free of charge.
