The Kantbank is "folded" out of a metal sheet like a piece of origami. Thanks to its special geometry, this bench is enormously stable. The slight kink in the seat makes sitting surprisingly comfortable. Its surfaces are polished and reflect the bench's surroundings. Due to the reflections, the surfaces permanently change their appearance. Space and light thus influence the design of the bench. The Kantbank is first and foremost not seating furniture, it is an object that creates a special relationship to the environment through its shape and surface and functions as a design accent wherever it is.
